BondQuoteMatch is an early-stage test run by Josh Finer / Finer Technologies (Newtown, PA). There is no finished product yet. This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you send through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form (“Full name”, “Business / DBA name”, “Email”, “Mobile phone”, “City / ZIP (CA)”, “CSLB license # or application/fee #”, “Entity type”, “Need LLC $100k worker bond too?”, “Self-reported credit band”, “Preferred contact time”) and your consent checkbox. If you give a phone number, it is used only to reply to your request. Our hosting provider (here.now, served through Cloudflare) may also keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why we collect it
To learn whether people want help with this topic, and so I can reply to you personally if I choose to. Nothing is sent to you automatically. There is no partner network yet, so your details are not passed to any surety agency, insurer or other company.
Who processes it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your submission to my email inbox. Submissions arrive at, and replies may come from, joshua@finertechnologies.com (same person as josh@finertechnologies.com). The site is hosted by here.now, served through Cloudflare.
Cookies and ads
This page does not use Google Ads or other advertising or analytics tags.
We don’t sell or share your personal information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your form details with partners, brokers, advertisers or any other company. The only outside services involved are the form delivery and hosting services named above.
Access and deletion
To see, correct, or delete what you sent, email josh@finertechnologies.com and I’ll take care of it.

If this notice changes, the date above will change too.
